We've lived at Cottonwood now for over 2 years and had NOTHING but positive to say about it! The rental office is staffed with professional and attentive staff, and the maintenance staff is prompt and doesn't cut corners. They really take pride in their properties and their maintenance.

I currently live here and very much enjoy it! I work hard during the day, so it's nice to have a quality apartment to come back to rest in. The management does fun contests and my maintenance requests have always been answered quickly.

I’ve lived at cottonwood for the last 7 years and have had a great experience all around. The whole staff have been amazing to work with not to mention the awesome maintenance crew and fast responses time!! Would recommend living at cottonwood to a friend: 10/10.
