We absolutely love living at Cottonwood! The views from our apartment are fantastic, and the complex is super kid-friendly, which is perfect for our family. Anytime we needed something, the staff was incredibly quick to help us.

I live on the first floor of my apartments that are shaped like a horseshoe. Every day the hallways are cleaned and yearly inspections happen to make sure code is met.

We think the apartments at Cottonwood are VERY nice. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a balcony, and washer/dryer is sweet !

Cottonwood apartments are a great place to live. The rent is reasonable and building are very new and kept up well. The apartments come with a washer/dryer in the unit and are very spacious. It is also located two minutes from the Bismarck Airport and across the street from the Sports Page bar/grill & Unistop gas station.

I love this area. Every neighbor is so friendly and helpful. I had a chance to build elsewhere but chose to build only three doors down. GREAT AREA.
