The location here in Bismarck was the first of the four to open, and it remains one of the most popular options in the downtown area.  

They offer Irish dishes and Irish-inspired takes on breakfast staples. Their offerings include cottage bacon, bangers (Irish sausages), and corned beef Eggs Benedict. They make a mean hangover burger, topped with bacon and an egg. They also have a full bar, which means bottomless mimosas if you order food and a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar. You also can’t miss their Parmesan cheese hashbrowns. They have a borderline cult following among those who have tried them.  

The one caveat about eating brunch at Blarney Stone Irish Pub is that they don't really have any sweet dishes on their standard brunch menu. They're a great option when you want something savory, though! 

Relive the Golden Era at Rock'n 50's Cafe 

Yet another breakfast spot in Bismarck, ND, is the Rock'n 50's Cafe. Similar to Kroll's Diner, this cafe is inspired by the 50s. But Rock'n 50's Cafe commits through and through by inviting its guests to step back in time and savor classic flavors and bask in the vibrant atmosphere of the Golden Era. 

Rock'n 50's Cafe has a diverse menu while maintaining a 50's theme to keep it fun and authentic. Some of what you'll find on their menu includes platters, omelets, flapjacks, breakfast sandwiches, and more. Think traditional diner or greasy spoon, and you have the right idea.  

For breakfast sandwiches, they have three options, including The Plain Jane, The Plane Jane with Cheese, and The Elvis Special. They also offer other breakfast meals, such as chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, and flapjacks. If you've got a taste for a fluffy omelet, try their Golden Oldie, Vinyl Veggie, or Doo-Wop Denver. If you want something with a little regional flair, try the frybread combo.
